Join Kawan Lama as a 3PL Operations Staff and become a vital part of our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you'll ensure seamless supply chain operations by monitoring shipment processes, preparing operational reports, and collaborating with supervisors to optimize logistics workflows. You'll be instrumental in maintaining efficient transportation networks, resolving delivery issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to 3PL Operations Supervisor for performance monitoring
- Monitor and track shipment progress across multiple logistics channels
- Coordinate with transportation partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in the supply chain
- Maintain accurate documentation of logistics processes and compliance records
- Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams for inventory synchronization
- Support implementation of process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in 3PL or logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics management software and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to operational metrics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
