Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor academic quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with national and international standards.
- Lead and manage institutional and program accreditation processes (e.g., BAN-PT) to ensure timely compliance and successful outcomes.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of academic programs, curricula, and teaching methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate internal audits and assessments of academic departments and services, providing constructive feedback and recommendations.
- Analyze academic performance data, student feedback, and learning outcomes to inform strategic planning and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to faculty and staff on best practices in academic quality, assessment, and curriculum design.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on academic quality metrics for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of trends and developments in higher education quality assurance to ensure continuous institutional relevance and competitiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Master's Degree (S2) preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, Information System, Education, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in academic quality assurance, educational management, or curriculum development, ideally within a higher education setting.
- Demonstrable understanding of national and international academic accreditation frameworks and standards (e.g., BAN-PT, AUN-QA, ABET).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
