PT Proteksindo Broker Asuransi is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the bridge between our firm and prospective clients, focusing specifically on providing comprehensive Employee Benefits solutions.

As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering insurance solutions that protect both businesses and their most valuable asset—their employees. We are looking for a professional with a strong sales aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for the insurance brokerage industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business accounts within the Employee Benefits segment.
  • Conduct professional presentations and meetings to explain insurance product offerings to potential corporate clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high retention.
  • Analyze client business needs to propose customized insurance solutions that align with their goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate policy documentation and seamless onboarding processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitive offerings to maintain a consultative edge.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or the insurance/brokerage industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven track record of hitting sales KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Possess a valid insurance license (AAUI/AAJI) is highly preferred but not mandatory.
