PT Jeje Harapan Transindo is a fast-growing leader in the logistics and transportation sector, committed to excellence and reliability. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Bekasi. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring high levels of service excellence while optimizing logistical operations.
As an Account Manager, you will leverage data-driven insights to conduct effective price negotiations and streamline trucking operations. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong leadership capabilities to ensure both client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor the operations team to deliver exceptional service excellence across all logistics touchpoints.
- Analyze logistics performance data to optimize trucking routes, schedules, and service delivery.
- Conduct professional, data-backed price negotiations with clients to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
- Coordinate seamlessly between internal warehouse operations and client requirements to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges proactively to minimize downtime.
- Prepare regular performance reports and business reviews for key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Relations, preferably within the logistics or trucking industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and logistics management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a high-demand, service-oriented environment.
- Based in or willing to work daily in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
