Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of daily accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal financial protocols.
  • Build and cultivate strong, professional relationships with both existing debtors and prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to assess financial standing and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, proactively identifying and mitigating potential credit risks.
  • Maintain effective and timely communication with clients regarding payment status, account queries, and service updates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline loan processing and account management workflows.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on account status and client engagement activities for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or collections within the finance or automotive industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in financial documentation and basic reporting tools.
  • High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to conduct field work across Surabaya and surrounding areas.
