Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Manage payment cycles to ensure timely settlement of accounts payable within agreed terms
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies through proactive communication
- Maintain organized digital and physical invoice records with proper documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Support month-end closing processes by providing accurate AP data
- Assist in internal audits and ensure adherence to financial controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or invoice processing
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple deadlines
