Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements).
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
  • Manage and organize financial documents, invoices, and receipts.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records, both physical and digital.
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in an accounting or administrative support role, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
