In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our finance and sales departments, ensuring seamless operational workflows. You will oversee accounting functions, maintain compliance with current tax regulations, and provide robust administrative leadership to support our sales team's growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting functions, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
  • Utilize Xero accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and generate timely management reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company financial policies.
  • Provide operational support to the sales team by managing documentation, sales commission tracking, and client billing inquiries.
  • Lead and mentor support staff to ensure high-quality output and adherence to internal workflows.
  • Analyze sales performance data to assist management in strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or sales support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is essential).
  • In-depth knowledge of local Singapore tax regulations and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
