Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely close processes
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure adherence to Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Streamline accounting processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license is an advantage
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage a diverse team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information
