Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) in compliance with PSAK/IFRS.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including timely preparation and submission of all corporate tax filings (e.g., PPh, PPN).
- Develop, monitor, and analyze financial budgets and forecasts, providing insightful reports to senior management for strategic planning.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a small team of accounting and finance professionals, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and support overall business objectives, particularly related to real estate projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles (PSAK) and comprehensive understanding of local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle Financials) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Prior experience in the real estate or property development industry is highly advantageous.
