Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and file all corporate tax reports accurately and on time, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and VAT (PPN).
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with SAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards).
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audit and tax review processes.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of fixed assets, depreciation, and prepaid expenses.
- Process employee payroll, including calculating overtime, BPJS contributions, and PPh 21 deductions.
- Provide administrative support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis projects.
- Ensure all financial documentation is properly filed and compliant with company policies and government regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in an accounting and tax role. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in taxation are highly encouraged.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and accounting standards (SAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, Zahir) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Sumifs).
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail with a commitment to 100% accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Holding a Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage.
