Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in acquisitions, business development, or partnership management
- Proven track record in building school/educational institution relationships
- Strong negotiation skills with contract management experience
- Market research and competitive analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for educational advancement and publishing industry
