Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer service
- Strong knowledge of banking products, especially transaction banking services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
