Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and enhance actuarial models for pricing and reserving purposes.
- Conduct regular profitability analysis on insurance portfolios to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform detailed tariff reviews to ensure competitive yet sustainable product pricing.
- Monitor and report on technical reserves, ensuring compliance with OJK and internal financial standards.
- Collaborate with underwriting and product development teams to provide actuarial guidance on new product initiatives.
- Prepare periodic management reports and presentations regarding actuarial findings and financial performance.
- Assist in the automation and improvement of actuarial data processes and reporting workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an insurance actuarial role.
- Progress toward professional actuarial certification (e.g., PAI, SOA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in statistical software and data tools such as SQL, R, Python, or SAS.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-actuarial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
