PT Frozen Food Senusantara is a leading player in the cold chain and food distribution industry. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Gudang to join our logistics team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that inventory accuracy, documentation, and stock flow are managed with the highest level of precision.
As our warehouse administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our frozen food supply chain. You will work closely with the warehouse supervisor and logistics team to streamline inbound and outbound processes, ensuring that our products reach our customers in perfect condition. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills to manage inventory data effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record daily inbound and outbound goods movement using the warehouse management system.
- Perform regular physical stock takes and reconcile data with system records to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare accurate delivery notes, shipping documents, and invoices for distribution.
- Coordinate with the logistics and transportation team to schedule timely product dispatch.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for all warehouse transactions and inventory reports.
- Monitor the stock levels of frozen products and generate low-stock alerts to prevent supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure all warehouse documentation complies with company SOPs and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Admin or in a similar administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of data without errors.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Ability to work in a cold storage environment (if required) and coordinate with floor staff.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
