Pancaran Samudera Transport is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Logistic to join our growing operations team in Jakarta Utara. As a key player in our warehouse and logistics division, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth flow of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring our logistical processes run with maximum efficiency.
In this role, you will act as the backbone of our warehouse operations, coordinating closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and procurement teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record the daily movement of goods (inbound and outbound) in the warehouse system.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery orders, and logistical manifests.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Generate periodic reports on warehouse activity and inventory levels for management review.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company safety and operational policies.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel to resolve discrepancies in stock levels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in logistics administration or warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Resilient, proactive, and capable of working in a warehouse environment located in Jakarta Utara.
