Lintas Niaga Jaya is a rapidly growing player in the logistics and transportation sector in Jakarta Utara. We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organized Admin Lolo to join our operational team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our trucking operations, ensuring that the 'lolo' (loading-unloading) processes, documentation, and fleet coordination are executed with precision and efficiency.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the flow of goods, minimizing operational bottlenecks, and ensuring seamless communication between drivers, warehouse staff, and management. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record daily loading and unloading (lolo) activities for trucking fleets.
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch and arrival of cargo.
- Manage operational documentation, including delivery orders, manifests, and shipping logs.
- Perform daily data entry regarding vehicle performance and cargo status in the management system.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding shipment status and potential transit delays.
- Maintain high standards of safety compliance and operational policy during all logistics activities.
- Assist in preparing operational reports for logistics management on a weekly basis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within a trucking, logistics, or supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer literacy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours in support of logistics operations.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
