In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative operations, providing essential support to the sales department to ensure seamless business execution. We are looking for a proactive professional who is fluent in Mandarin to bridge the communication gap between our local team and international clients or headquarters.
Your primary focus will be on managing critical documentation, including preparing accurate quotations, processing invoices, and handling order management. You will also be responsible for coordinating with various internal departments to ensure that operations run efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including drafting quotations, processing invoices, and managing orders.
- Communicate fluently in Mandarin with clients and headquarters to ensure clear understanding of business requirements and updates.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage and organize internal documentation, contracts, and records to ensure data accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing travel arrangements for management as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in both Mandarin and English.
- Monitor and report on administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are met consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or sales coordination roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
