We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Admin Procurement to join our team in Karang Tengah, Banten. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that the procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently to support our business objectives.

As our Admin Procurement, you will be the backbone of our purchasing activities, acting as the primary bridge between our client requirements and our supplier network. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process incoming Purchase Orders (PO) from customers with high accuracy.
  • Create, verify, and issue Purchase Orders to suppliers and subcontractors in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the status of orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to align procurement needs with inventory and project requirements.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive procurement records and supplier database.
  • Handle documentation related to procurement and ensure all filing systems are organized and audit-ready.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports to assist management in decision-making and cost-tracking.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support roles.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or procurement software.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
