As an Admin Purchasing, you'll be responsible for managing all administrative aspects of our purchasing department, ensuring seamless coordination with vendors, and facilitating efficient procurement of goods and materials.

You'll work closely with various departments to maintain optimal inventory levels, process purchase orders, and manage vendor relationships effectively.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage all administrative tasks related to the purchasing department, including purchase order processing and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities as needed
  • Assist in vendor selection, evaluation, and relationship management
  • Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and inventory status
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for purchasing
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing administration or procurement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of purchasing principles and practices is preferred
