In this role, you will be the backbone of our procurement process, ensuring that our supplies are managed efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time. You will work closely with vendors, department heads, and our warehouse team to maintain seamless operations. We are looking for someone who thrives on precision, has a knack for vendor relationship management, and possesses the ability to handle administrative tasks with high accuracy.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, purchase order creation, and tracking of goods.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing and new suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
  • Perform regular price comparisons to ensure the company receives the best value for money without compromising quality.
  • Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes for payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems for all purchasing documents.
  • Prepare periodic reports on spending, procurement trends, and stock discrepancies for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Purchasing, Admin Purchasing, or Warehouse Administration.
  • Proven ability to manage administrative tasks with high attention to detail and zero errors.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word are essential).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with local suppliers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet tight operational deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software or POS systems is a significant advantage.
