Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, vendor selection, and purchase order creation
- Analyze market trends and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to optimize costs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement stock replenishment strategies
- Collaborate with production departments to align purchasing activities with operational needs
- Evaluate vendor performance and develop strategic partnerships for long-term benefits
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Utilize ERP systems to track purchasing data and generate performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement administration
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure cost-effective contracts
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for supply chain optimization
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
