We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Admin Purchasing professional to join the team at Halfdays Bakehouse. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle, ensuring that our bakery operations receive the highest quality ingredients and supplies on time. You will act as the key liaison between our company and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and maintaining strong relationships to support our production goals.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement. You will oversee the ordering process, track inventory levels, and manage documentation to ensure seamless logistics. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and verify all purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and specifications.
  • Research and identify reliable suppliers for bakery ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock shortages.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate prices, and resolve delivery discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and purchase logs.
  • Assist in cost control initiatives and prepare reports on purchasing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in procurement.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, administration, or supply chain management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
