Putra Adhi Perkasa is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Admin Purchasing to join our growing team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for data analysis and a keen eye for market trends. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our operational needs and supplier performance, optimizing our purchasing strategies to maintain competitive pricing while ensuring timely delivery of materials. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including issuing requests and negotiating pricing with manufacturing partners.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis on product performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
- Calculate and monitor container cubic capacity (CBM) and tonnage to optimize shipping costs.
- Maintain and audit the Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure strict adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Prepare regular procurement reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative logistics roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth understanding of logistics metrics, including container capacity planning and tonnage calculations.
- Ability to interpret market data and competitor pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both verbal and written forms.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
