Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes including requisition, order placement, and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock level monitoring
- Review and approve purchase orders while ensuring budget compliance
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Prepare monthly procurement reports and performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery and inventory optimization
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
