Are you an organized professional with a keen eye for detail? PT Sinko Prima Alloy is currently seeking a highly motivated Admin Purchasing to join our manufacturing team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain, ensuring that our production lines are supported by the timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials and components.

As an Admin Purchasing, you will be the backbone of our procurement department, managing documentation, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate inventory records. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possesses excellent analytical skills to optimize our purchasing processes. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to final delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring all supplier information and price lists are current.
  • Prepare purchase orders (PO) and ensure timely distribution to approved suppliers.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with vendors to prevent any production delays.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the accuracy of incoming stock against purchase orders.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify potential new suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Admin Purchasing or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle administrative tasks with high accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
