As an Admin Purchasing, you will collaborate closely with vendors, project managers, and the finance department to streamline our purchasing workflows. The ideal candidate possesses excellent negotiation skills, a sharp eye for administrative accuracy, and a proactive approach to inventory management within the interior construction and design sector.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for interior materials and furnishings.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and negotiate with reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
  • Prepare, process, and track purchase orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain and update the database of suppliers, price lists, and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to verify invoices and facilitate payment processing.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure material availability for ongoing projects.
  • Resolve any discrepancies in deliveries, damaged goods, or invoice errors in a timely manner.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or administrative role, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with inventory management software.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is a plus.
