Transcon Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Admin Purchasing Intern to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our purchasing operations, ensuring that our logistics and manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in administrative support, vendor communication, and data management within a professional manufacturing environment. We are looking for an individual with high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a desire to learn the intricacies of industrial procurement. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the purchasing team in daily administrative tasks and document processing.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases and procurement records accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of purchase requests.
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders (PO) and tracking delivery schedules.
  • Provide support in communication and follow-up with suppliers regarding orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in reconciling purchasing data.
  • Prepare weekly reports on procurement activities for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (Management, Accounting, Logistics, or equivalent) or a recent graduate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • A proactive learner who is eager to understand procurement and supply chain cycles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment in our Surabaya office.
