In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, and managing the entire purchasing lifecycle to support our game production pipeline. You'll work closely with various departments to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of necessary materials while maintaining cost-efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the purchasing process for game development assets, software licenses, and equipment
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality and competitive pricing
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintain and update vendor databases and procurement records
- Coordinate with game development teams to understand purchasing requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and re-order materials as needed
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing administration
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of game industry assets and procurement processes is a plus
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
