Santa Great Industry is looking for a dynamic Admin Stock Control & Replenishment to join our logistics team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our inventory levels are optimized, processes are streamlined, and supply chain operations run seamlessly.
As our Admin Stock Control & Replenishment, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of data integrity within our inventory systems, coordinating with warehouse teams, and ensuring that our replenishment cycles meet the fluctuating demands of our business. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor inventory levels and execute daily replenishment tasks based on sales velocity and lead times.
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve discrepancies and address stock shortages proactively.
- Manage documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all records are updated in the ERP system.
- Analyze stock trends to identify overstock or understock risks and propose actionable solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports for management regarding stock turnover and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to streamline order fulfillment and vendor delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in stock control, warehouse administration, or inventory management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP/WMS software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze numerical data effectively.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOP) in warehouse environments.
