PT Venturindo Jaya Batam is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin Supply Chain to join our logistics team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and information across our supply chain network. As a key link in our operations, you will leverage your language skills to facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and international partners.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for meticulous documentation, monitoring shipments, and providing administrative support to optimize supply chain efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and warehouse personnel to resolve logistics discrepancies.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and custom declarations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and supply chain documentation using internal systems.
- Act as a primary translator/interpreter for business communications involving Chinese-speaking partners.
- Generate periodic reports on supply chain performance and logistics costs for management review.
- Assist in the scheduling of transport and material handling activities within the manufacturing facility.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) is mandatory for effective cross-border communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple logistics tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Good understanding of standard supply chain processes and documentation requirements.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
