Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily recording of incoming and outgoing inventory using Odoo and Accurate systems.
- Perform regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies with the digital database.
- Prepare accurate shipping documents, delivery orders, and inventory status reports.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of security equipment.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all warehouse transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock levels reach reorder points.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols and data entry standards.
- Support general administrative tasks within the warehouse operations department.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics or Administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in using ERP software, specifically Odoo and Accurate.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Experience in warehouse administration or inventory control is preferred.
