Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update inventory databases, ensuring 100% accuracy in stock levels.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipment documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO) and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
- Perform routine stock opname and reconciliation reports to prevent inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems for all warehouse transactions.
- Monitor warehouse supplies and office equipment requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration or inventory control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lombok.
