In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that inventory data is accurate, documentation is seamless, and supply chain processes run smoothly.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and update inventory databases, ensuring 100% accuracy in stock levels.
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipment documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO) and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
  • Perform routine stock opname and reconciliation reports to prevent inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems for all warehouse transactions.
  • Monitor warehouse supplies and office equipment requirements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration or inventory control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Lombok.
