In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of our inventory data and the seamless flow of our warehouse operations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Managing daily warehouse data entry and ensuring accurate inventory tracking in the system.
  • Preparing and processing shipping documents, delivery orders, and goods receiving notes.
  • Coordinating with the logistics team to monitor stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
  • Maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems for all warehouse transactions.
  • Conducting regular cycle counts and assisting in periodic physical stock-taking activities.
  • Ensuring all administrative procedures comply with company safety and operational policies.
  • Generating daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Administrator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role in a logistics environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential for inventory tracking).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta Utara.
