Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain precise inventory levels through regular cycle counts and system updates.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of shipments.
- Prepare, verify, and file essential shipping documents, such as delivery orders and waybills.
- Monitor warehouse stock movement and alert management to discrepancies or low-stock items.
- Prepare periodic operational reports to assist in warehouse performance evaluation.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all warehouse-related paperwork.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or data entry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks within tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Tangerang.
