Tanggung Jawab
- Greet patients, manage front-desk reception, and handle patient inquiries both in-person and via phone/WhatsApp.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow and practitioner schedules.
- Accurately manage, update, and secure digital and physical patient medical records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in coordinating administrative workflows for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services and inventory tracking of herbal supplies.
- Process billing, handle cash/cashless transactions, and manage daily financial reporting and invoicing.
- Liaise with insurance providers and assist patients with medical claim procedures.
- Coordinate with the clinic management team to ensure the front office and waiting areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked with office supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Administration, Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an administrative officer, front office staff, or receptionist, preferably in a clinic, hospital, or wellness center.
- Familiarity with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) operations or a strong willingness to learn about holistic healthcare services.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic proficiency in English or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and clinic management or electronic medical record (EMR) software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, empathetic personality with a strong commitment to customer service and patient care.
