Sinar Jernih Suksesindo is seeking a motivated Administration Supply Chain Support to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, working closely with demand planners and replenishment specialists to optimize our supply chain workflow.
You will play a critical role in processing high-volume supply chain data, ensuring accuracy in our procurement strategies, and facilitating seamless communication across the logistics department. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with demand planning teams to refine and execute replenishment strategies.
- Process and validate supply chain data to ensure high accuracy in ordering systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in generating timely procurement orders.
- Maintain and update supply chain administrative records and digital documentation.
- Support cross-functional communication between replenishment teams and warehouse operations.
- Generate routine reports on supply chain performance and inventory status.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in supply data to prevent fulfillment delays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle numerical data with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines in a contract-based environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
