Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office operations including correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Coordinate internal communications and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for efficient document retrieval
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation materials
- Support event coordination and meeting logistics for internal teams
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing
- Contribute to process improvements for administrative workflows
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; administrative training/certification preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative support or office management experience
