You will be responsible for managing the entire purchasing lifecycle, from vendor selection and order processing to inventory management and invoice reconciliation. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing operations including vendor selection, order placement, and delivery tracking
- Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Process purchase orders and invoices while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to align purchasing activities with operational needs
- Prepare regular purchasing reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail in data management
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles
