Are you a technical expert in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)? Indospec Asia is looking for an experienced Advance NDT Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the structural integrity and quality of critical components using advanced inspection techniques.
As an Advance NDT Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough examinations using methods such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT). You will interpret complex results, prepare detailed technical reports, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve potential defects. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections on various materials and welds to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Operate and maintain advanced NDT equipment, including Ultrasonic, Radiographic, and Magnetic Particle testing instruments.
- Analyze test results, interpret complex data, and generate comprehensive technical reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines during all inspection activities.
- Conduct calibration and validation of inspection tools to maintain accuracy.
- Train and mentor junior inspectors and quality control staff on proper testing methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an NDT Specialist, preferably in the medical device or manufacturing industry.
- Valid NDT Level II or Level III certifications in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Radiographic Testing (RT).
- Strong knowledge of international standards such as ASNT SNT-TC-1A, ISO 9712, or AWS D1.1.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computerized reporting software.
