Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various aircraft systems (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and avionic).
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
- Assemble, install, and test aerospace components and systems in accordance with engineering specifications.
- Document all maintenance actions accurately in the aircraft's technical logs and maintenance records.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company quality standards.
- Assist senior engineers and technicians in heavy maintenance checks and component overhauls.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
- Participate actively in ongoing training programs and skills upgrade courses.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) and overtime as required.
- Must possess a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces and at heights (if required).
