Tanggung Jawab
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and chemical peels
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Stay current with industry advancements through continuous training and certification
- Collaborate with dermatologists and plastic surgeons for integrated patient care
- Manage inventory of cosmetic supplies and equipment maintenance
- Develop patient retention strategies and follow-up protocols
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (MD) with specialization in dermatology or aesthetic medicine
- Valid Indonesian medical license (Surat Izin Praktik)
- Minimum 3 years experience in aesthetic procedures
- Certification in injectables (Botox, fillers) and laser treatments
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aging processes
- Exceptional patient communication and consultation skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
