Tanggung Jawab
- Performing Procedures: Assist physicians in performing aesthetic treatments such as Botox injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser therapies.
- Patient Consultation: Conduct pre-procedure consultations to assess patient needs, discuss medical history, and set realistic expectations.
- Clinical Care: Provide post-procedure care instructions and monitor patient recovery to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
- Infection Control: Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment for all patients.
- Documentation: Accurately record patient medical history, procedure details, and follow-up outcomes in the medical records system.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the stock of medical supplies and aesthetic products, ensuring they are stored correctly and used efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctors and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Nursing (Keperawatan) with a valid license (SIP).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting. Experience in aesthetic or beauty nursing is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques. Proficiency in using medical equipment is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English; able to explain complex procedures clearly to patients.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, integrity, and patient confidentiality awareness.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by clinic operations.
