Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze soil/leaf nutrient levels to optimize oil palm nutrition programs
- Develop and implement precision fertilization strategies based on soil analysis and crop growth stages
- Conduct field trials to evaluate new agronomic techniques and nutrient formulations
- Advise plantation teams on best practices for crop nutrition and soil management
- Prepare detailed agronomic reports including yield analysis and nutrient recommendations
- Coordinate with research teams to integrate latest agronomic innovations
- Ensure compliance with sustainable agriculture standards and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, or Plant Nutrition
- Minimum 3 years of experience in oil palm plantation management
- Proficiency in soil testing and plant tissue analysis techniques
- Strong understanding of fertilizer chemistry and nutrient management
- Experience with precision agriculture technologies and data analysis tools
- Certification in agronomy or related field preferred
- Ability to work in remote plantation environments with flexible hours
