In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, cultivation, and overall health of our landscape, ensuring our guests experience the beauty of Langkawi year-round.
Your expertise will help sustain our resort's aesthetic appeal while managing water resources and plant care efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the maintenance and health of resort gardens, landscapes, and flower beds.
- Monitor plant growth, soil quality, and irrigation systems to ensure optimal conditions.
- Implement effective pest and disease control measures using sustainable practices.
- Plan and execute seasonal planting projects and landscape renovations.
- Ensure all gardening tools and equipment are maintained and stored properly.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold the resort's high standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in landscaping, gardening, or resort facility management.
- Strong knowledge of tropical plants, shrubs, and local flora of Malaysia.
- Understanding of irrigation systems, fertilization, and soil science.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physical stamina.
- Valid Malaysian driver’s license is an advantage.
