Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive nutritional programs and meal plans tailored to specific health requirements.
- Conduct regular assessments of nutritional standards to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide professional consultation and educational support regarding healthy eating habits and dietary choices.
- Monitor and analyze nutritional intake data to identify trends and areas for improvement in food product development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality control for all food-related services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of nutritional interventions and client progress.
- Stay updated with the latest research in nutritional science to integrate best practices into company operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Possession of a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical, food service, or wellness setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret nutritional data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex health information effectively.
- Proficiency in using nutritional software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ethics and commitment to patient/client confidentiality.
