Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality video content using generative AI platforms (e.g., Runway, Sora, Pika, Midjourney).
- Manage the end-to-end video production lifecycle, from scriptwriting and prompt engineering to final post-production editing.
- Stay at the forefront of AI video developments, proactively integrating new tools and features into our production workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align video output with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Optimize video content for various social platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within AI rendering pipelines and ensure quality control across all generated assets.
- Analyze performance data to refine content strategy and improve future video production efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in video production, digital media, or a related creative field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in AI-assisted video generation tools.
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering techniques for visual storytelling.
- Exceptional visual eye with a deep understanding of composition, lighting, and narrative pacing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new, rapidly evolving technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with traditional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a significant advantage.
