- Develop and optimize AI prompts for visual content generation across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate artistic concepts into AI-compatible instructions
- Test, analyze, and refine AI outputs to meet quality and brand standards
- Document prompt engineering best practices and maintain a proprietary prompt library
- Stay current with AI advancements and integrate new techniques into workflows
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on prompt optimization
- Monitor AI-generated content for accuracy, creativity, and brand alignment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience with AI tools like MidJourney, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion
- Exceptional written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong understanding of visual design principles and advertising workflows
- Ability to translate abstract creative concepts into structured technical prompts
