Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis and provide tailored advice on insurance, investment, and wealth management solutions.
  • Develop and present customized financial plans that align with clients' short-term and long-term goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
  • Stay updated with market trends, product knowledge, and relevant financial regulations to offer informed advice.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the agency/company.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions to enhance expertise.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry standards and ethical guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or direct sales. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for finance are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Possess relevant financial licenses (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CEILI) or willingness to obtain them.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Melaka.
