Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process all airfreight export/import documentation, including AWB, HAWB, and MAWB.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely shipment updates and resolving inquiries or issues.
- Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless cargo flow.
- Monitor shipment milestones, track performance metrics, and prepare operational reports.
- Handle billing, quotations, and cost negotiations with carriers to optimize profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Identify potential delays or disruptions and proactively implement solutions to maintain service levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in airfreight forwarding or a similar logistics role.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, including import/export procedures and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CargoWise or similar logistics software.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Paranaque City.
